The main mission

• Ensuring adequate documentation of all prices and written communication to the customer
• Checking the relationship between all offers and validating offers with regard to technical changes
• Coordination or direct responsibility for process and product productivity
• Ensuring the follow-up of productivity negotiations and the responsibility that the conditions defined during the negotiations by both parties (customers and Faurecia) are respected
• Ensure that the agreement with the customer regarding changes prior to the introduction to Faurecia has been clarified
• Support in complaints negotiations with the customer (missing production, unprocessed material)
• Interface between customer and sales director
• Establishment of the network between the contact person at the customer and the responsible person in the sales area
• Support the team in their activities with customers through regular participation in customer meetings
• Definition of an escalation process

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering or business sciences
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and projectmanagement
• Experience in automotive environment
• Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• International mind set, strong analytical skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (German and English required)
