Grow through professional challenges

• Assist to setup an Operational Risk and Permanent Control framework within the scope of responsibilities
• Implementation of Operational Risk and Permanent Control methodologies and tools according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Support to assess Operational Risk exposure and maintain Permanent Control activities
• Participate in the definition of control plans and ensure integration of controls defined by the Group and/or business lines/ functions and also in identifying Operational Risks within his scope
• Coordination of the preparation, deployment, maintenance, follow-up and analysis of KRIs and control plans, in close collaboration with operational staff
• Monitoring and analyzing Operational Risk (“historical”) incidents including near misses

Impress with your skill

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Basic knowledge of Banking activities
• Basic knowledge on Operational Risk Management
• Knowledge on MS office tools
• Team player with high level of motivation to support OPC team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to anticipate business / strategic evolution
• Fluent in English and German, French is beneficial
