IT-System Administrator Windows - Service Provider - German-English (m/f/d), Freiburg / Lörrach

Key responsibilities

• Support and prioritize incidents and requests from end users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and cloud technologies
• Use IT Service Management tools to monitor, respond and escalate users’ requests (VMware, HyperV
• Support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems including Windows 10, Office 365
• Perform workstation and server hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance
• Configure and maintain security tools
• Recommend new technologies
• Network administration (Router, Switches, Firewall, DNS)

Expected profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• Three to five years’ experience providing help desk support including remote desktop support
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills
• Strong technical skills, ability to proactively solve problems
• Assertive and able to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment
• Fluent in German and/or English
