Position description

Lead the roll out of PCS (Performance control system) for Warehousing and Customer
Service – Worldwide:

• Train people to the standard – Understand, Analyse & Optimize
• Support the plant during the implementation
• Audit the PCS after few weeks (or months)

Lead the roll out deployment of PCS for Production Planning Worldwide:

• Train people to the standard – Understand, Analyse & Optimize

• Support the plant during the implementation

• Audit the PCS after few weeks (or months)

• Deliverables: all PCS implemented and audited Worldwide

Ensure the follow up and reporting of:

• PCS deployment and results
• Savings projects traceability on monthly basis – worldwide
• WCSC Steering Committee preparation

Profile

• Education: Master of Sciences, IT, Supply Chain, or general purposes or Engineer
• Softs skills: Communication skills, team player, independent, flexible, adaptation, reactivity, proactive, fast thinker
• Computer skills: Office package
• Languages: Fluent English is compulsory. Polish, Czech, and/or German would be appreciated
• Experiences: In Supply Chain, continuous improvement, industry would be appreciated
• Duration: 6 months from August-September 2017
• Mobility: Worldwide (>50) – Have travelled - Be able to travel alone
