Through innovative means, our business model brings high-class brands from the cosmetic and consumer goods industry together with beauty and lifestyle product customers and enthusiasts. Whether in the form of a single, exclusively arranged box or as a monthly subscription, our customers receive individually selected samples of high-end beauty and lifestyle products- from well-known luxury brands to secret newcomer labels - delivered directly to their door. Utilizing various marketing channels, we foster intensive and sustainable relationships with customers so that our partners receive worthwhile feedback on their products as well as novel insights into their target groups.

Tasks

As part of our Online Marketing Team in Berlin you will:

• Support the development of the existing social media channels.
• Plan and implement social media activities via Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
• Create, plan and manage targeted marketing campaigns.
• Report and analyze social media measures.

Required skills

• You must be a student or recent graduate of economics or marketing related studies.
• You have a good knowledge of social networks, google and blogs.
• You are a well-organized, open minded team player with a high level of initiative.
• You have strong communication skills in English, and ideally in another language as Dutch, French or German.
• You have a passion for beauty & lifestyle products, display a positive attitude to work and are interested in developing new skills. 
• You bring a high online affinity as well as advanced MS Office skills.
