Your challenge in detail

• Support in different tasks in the area of Projectand Task-Management
• Coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Support a global transformation program to harmonize processes and technologies
• Application and IT documentation

Your profile

• Current studies in Business Informatics, Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or Administration or similar fields
• Structured and analytical work style with attention of details
• Solution-oriented and proactive thinking with open mind
• Intercultural competency and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of different IT Technologies
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken); other languages are advantageous (e. g. Spanish, French, Italian)
• Previous internship or working student experience and understanding of HR business processes are advantageous
