Missions
Your mission is therefore to develop our company's sales by continually identifying new opportunities and ensuring the development of relationships with existing customers.
As such, your talent will be expected on the main missions that follow
- Selling and promoting Bayer's entire Radiology products portfolio and services
- Working towards individual sales target by meeting KPI’s and providing goal settings and action plans
- Collaborating with the respective Key Account Manager(s) to achieve country sales targets
- Accountable for building up own pipeline and managing sales funnel effectively along the sales cycle. Providing forecasts based on healthy pipeline management
- Leveraging existing customer base by setting up account plans and identify up and cross-sell opportunities in line with country strategies
- Taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post sales activities
- Maintaining and documenting daily operative sales activities in respective CRM tool
- Supportting country market strategies and participating in EMEA outbound marketing campaigns
- Focusing on customer engagement and building up profound and trustful customer relationships
- Adapting your own tactics in response to changing market and company strategies
Profile
- You come from a business school or hold a post-graduate degree (Master’s) in a science-related field (medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry…)
- Ideally, you have the medical visit card
- You can justify 1 to 2 years experience in distance selling in an equivalent function of Inside Sales in the health environment. Or, a minimum of 2 years successful experience in a commercial function in the sale of pharmaceutical products, medical devices or radiological products may also be of interest to us.
- Your degree or your experience have given you a very good knowledge of the radiology market and its environment. In addition, you master the regulatory and legal environment of your activity allowing you to be comfortable
- You have demonstrated in the past your keen business acumen and a desire for continuous learning
- Teamwork is key for you! You know how to build a solid working relationship both internally and externally.
- Your autonomy and your organization are your precious assets to carry out several projects at the same time.
- You are recognized for your very strong customer orientation and are driven daily by your goals
- You are used to working mainly online and with virtual channels.
- You know how to offer solutions/suggestions on the development of the activity.
- Finally, you have an excellent English level
