Missions

• Ensure coordination of all dedicated resources and innovation project leaders in his field of responsibility & develop a global domain network.
• Maintain the technical consistency across the regions, domain reporting consolidation and global synthesis of the domain (in view of TLI/QIMR also).
  
• Manage project progress follow-up and the reviews done by project leaders in his domain.
• Ensure MIC presentation review consolidated by the project leader in his domain and sign the IVP.
• Is responsible for internal and external interface communication and consistency in his domain: with Marketing (for SPP), GTS (for technical alignment) and coordinates with IA & purchasing the suppliers and universities/research institutes partnerships (for knowledge improvement).
• Manage the patent protection by invention disclosures and patents cards technical feedback done by the project leaders in his domain of responsibility.
• Monitors of the domain techwatch and competitor benchmark analysis in his domain, led by GTS.
• Validate planning, budgets and deliverables on a Q, C, D, P approach consolidated by project leader in his domain.
• Ensure purchasing order coherence and validation for the projects in his domain.
• Ensure the appropriate collaboration with the relevant departments (CAX, PPV, Marketing, Industrial design, GTS, Testing, Costing, IA, Purchasing, …) for proper project deliverables.
• Manage the transfer of the project guidelines to GTS after M3 led by the project leader and maintain with the relevant RSM the support for program implementation according to SOW defined at program launch.
• Ensure the support for an updated internal and external communication about his domain, including in front of the customer.
• Promote creativity, initiates and monitors new projects for which he is the domain manager.
• Identify new tracks or innovation directions, communicate and participate to prepare strategic orientation decisions from Management.

Profil

• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Systems, (Design/Testing/Manufacturing)
• 5+ years of project experience including knowledge of project management processes
• Master’s degree in engineering
• Strong leadership, team building, experience in management
• Communication and presentation skills
• English and German required
