Tasks
- Technical support represents a key feature of the Company offering to our customers. As a specialist in Life Science within our multicultural Team, you will help unpuzzling scientific challenges and answer highly technical product and application questions for our range of Life Science products. You will support our customers, sales teams and field service engineers on technical inquiries, protocol optimization and complaints on our microbiological product range. As a contribution to our growing business, you will qualify leads and cross-selling opportunities from incoming customers' calls and/or promotional activities. You will provide trainings on your area of expertise, participate in customer visits (digital or face to face), seminars and trade shows in order to promote the BioMonitoring portfolio.
- You will also contribute to the entire sales and application process for our Rapid, Automation, and Robotics Solutions, guiding customers seamlessly from pre-sales to post-sales support. You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that our solutions exceed customer expectations.

Profile
- Master’s degree in microbiology/biology/engineering; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- You possess a solid understanding of microbiology and automation/robotics technologies used in pharmaceutical QC applications.
- Enthusiastic to build-up expertise in new technologies.
- Fluent in German with a good level of English are mandatory. Fluent in another European language would be a real asset.
- Customer oriented with high listening and communication skills as well as strong ability to identify customer needs.
- Creative, solutions oriented and good at doing product analysis and technical comparison for optimal customer experience.
- Enjoys working with other people within an international Team and in a dynamic environment.
