Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop technical knowledge in operations through white book, trainings and workshops
• Provide Benchmarks per process, Lessons learned and collect plant feedback for all process parameters and performance KPI such as C/O, CT, m², DLE, TRS, etc.
• Compare performance of equipment to decide on future strategy
• Adapt equipment to 10 Lean Equipment concepts together with lean equipment design specialist/expert
• Define standards for equipment and periphery (trolley’s, tool storage, etc.) together with CPO, PLE and Operations
• Ensure consistency of standard approach in cooperation with PLE, CPO, GPL and Operations
• Moderate, support and structure ME organization in operations/divisions
• Define roll-out strategy of equipment per region taking into account supplier competition to improve KPI’s
• Document and report improvement of KPI’s and main drivers of improvement
• Ensure equipment is in line with Capex targets, minimum technical solution approach for scalable equipment

Profile

Education:

• Master’s degree in engineering or similar

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, Lean management and production

Technical skills:

• Lean management, lean industrial design, lean equipment design
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong Process Knowledge in Bending, Endforming, Welding, Muffler, Canning
• English fluent, German or French as a plus
