Tasks
Sourcing responsibilities will include (but are not be limited to):
Discussing the exact skills and qualifications to best match candidates to positions with the Line Manager and Recruiter Expert
Develop the candidate sourcing strategy for each RFP.
Advertising of vacancies on appropriate job boards, both internal and external, career websites and other approved Social media.
- Searching online resume databases and social Media to locate potential candidates.
- Identifying prospective candidates internationally and discussing current and future opportunities with them.
- Conducting initial telephone interviews with potential candidates.
- Using internet search techniques to locate passive candidates.
- Proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases.
- Liaising with external recruitment agencies as and when required.
- Updating and maintenance of the in house recruitment database.
- Conducting internet research using internet search engines.
- Creating targeted email campaigns to prospect candidates.
- May involve participation at career fairs and HR marketing activities.
- Preparing the candidate for the interview process.
- Understand the internal and external candidate market environment in terms of tendencies & profiles.
- Improving profile knowledge for divisional profiles to become an internal point of reference.
- Communicating and fostering internal mobility.
Profile
You will have a 5-year degree and have some experience of working in an HR environment,(ideally within an international and industrial context). You have experience in HR sourcing activities.
You have these skills and/or qualities:
- Experience of working in an international/multicultural environment (aeronautical business experience and good general knowledge),
- SAP Knowledge,
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to match prospective candidates to open customer demands with a high degree of success,
- Excellent communication skills (At the least English Negotiation Level and either French/or German at Negotiation Level)
- Creative and solution oriented
