Your main missions

• Discover the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as the creation of all contracts, works council templates, references, etc.
• You will be trained in time management.
• As a team member, you will participate in weekly meetings and have the opportunity to take over tasks and special HR projects according to your area of interest.
• You will independently maintain our HR intranet site and write our HR infos and blog posts.

Your qualifications

• You are at an advanced stage of your bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with a focus on human resources.
• You are highly motivated and able to work independently and in a structured manner.
• First experiences in the HR area are preferable, but not a must more important is an interest in HR topics as well as a high willingness to learn
• You are confident in the use of common Microsoft Office applications
• You communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken
• English is a plus
• This internship can evolve into a working student position.
