HR Generalist - Medical technology - German / English (m/f/d), South West Germany / Area Kempten

Your Responsibilities

As part of the management team, you will support the employees and follow their progress in the company (HR administration, training, QWL, management of work, payroll, etc.). You will contribute to the improvement of the company's performance and encourage the commitment of employees through deployment of appropriate initiatives

• Administrative management of employees
• Recruitment
• Time & Attendance Management
• Payroll - in close cooperation with the finance team
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Active internal communication with employees
• External communication with, for example, unions, works council, German administration

Our Requirements

• Degree in HR, business administration, law, psychology or comparable experience
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of German labor law and negotiating experience with German work councils
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A team player with entrepreneurial mindset and open-minded for change
• Experience with Time and Attendance & Payroll software
