Tasks

Architecture Department Leadership

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Architecture department composed of 10–12 enterprise architects.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, initiative, and efficiency within the team.
• Ensure continuous development of team capabilities and alignment with business and IT strategy.

T Landscape Management

• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the enterprise-wide application landscape.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of the IT landscape using tools such as ADOIT and the Architecture Handbook.
• Coordinate domain-specific architectural work across business areas to ensure consistency and completeness.

Architecture Governance

• Lead architecture governance bodies (e.g., Design Authority) to ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise standards.
• Promote and enforce architectural principles, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive the adoption and evangelization of architectural guidelines to support solution design and decision-making.

Strategic IT Vision

• Provide a clear and actionable IT vision based on AZ group directive, studies and analyses conducted by the architecture team and the enterprise/group business architecture.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and strategic directions for IT across business domains and at the enterprise level.(eg, Domain maturity assessment, ..).
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on IT architecture and transformation initiatives.

• Advanced knowledge of main architecture concepts
• Advanced knowledge of all architecture area (applicative, information, technical)
• Advanced in planning and strategic vision
• Advanced in analytical skills and synthesys skill

Business expertise

• Advanced understanding of EH IT landscape and EH business (Process, products, ...)
• Intermediate knowledge of Project processes and Group IT processes
• Advanced understanding of IT market (products, vendors,...) and IT trends

Interpersonal skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication in English
• Advanced teamwork, facilitation, negotiation and leadership skills
