Deine Aufgaben

• Business Development inklusive Kundenmanagement im Security Consulting für Kunden im Großraum Stuttgart
• Lenkung der lokalen Teamleiter mit Projektleitern und Projektteams national und global über lokale Teams hinaus mit entsprechendem Ressourcenmanagement
• Inputgeber zur zentralen Business Strategie und lokale Implementierung der Business Strategie am Standort
• Repräsentant des Consulting-Standorts für relevante externe und interne Stakeholder insbesondere Vertrieb und Management
• Eskalationsweg für Mitarbeiter und Kunden
• Zentrale Steuerung von KPIs wie Auslastung, Tagesrate, Projektvolumen, Personalstrategie, Teamkompetenz, Personalentwicklung und vor allem Arbeitsaufwand für die Gruppe
• Entwicklung der Teamleiter*innen und Consultants auch über fachlich technisches Coaching hinaus

Dein Profil

• Fachhochschulabschluss oder Universitätsabschluss im Bereich der Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Elektrotechnik oder Naturwissenschaften
• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung und Teamsteuerung idealerweise im Bereich des technischen Consulting
• Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie IT-Sicherheit, Kryptographie, Softwareentwicklung, Automobilelektronik, Embedded und Enterprise Systeme
• Eskalationsund Risikomanagement
• Sehr gute Deutschund Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft
• Deine persönlichen Fähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kundenund Ergebnisorientierung
• Entrepreneuship & visionäres Denken mit hohem Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in vielfältigen IT-Security-Beratungsprojekten
