Missions

• Analyze SST market, competitors and BES portfolio; inform and make recommendation about emerging end user needs, trends, opportunities and key issues.
• Define the global strategy of the SST portfolio and the allocation of resources as well as the KPI’s at local level to measure successful implementation.
• In collaboration with the key countries make adequate recommendations to Innovation functions for the definition of new technologies to improve our services in order to remain competitive.
• Contribute to the BES project teams in charge of developing those innovations and drive the marketing plan of those projects with key countries.
• Manage the key regions/countries of the SST community inorder to drive them to deliver the short and mid term profitable growth.
• By delegation of Global MCM IVM to coach the IVM herbicides community for Europe by organizing the virtual calls and efficient networking with key countries.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Business or Agronomy
• 10 years of experience in Consumer or Professional business. P&L responsibility (> 10 mio) is a plus
• Demonstrated Leadership and ability to influence and to innovate
• Experience in Marketing of services
• Able to resolve conflicts and to work cross functionally with a strong team spirit
• Fluent in English , French or Spanish will be appreciated
