Job duties and responsibilities
- Ensure the Faurecia standardized Program Management System (PMS) is followed in each program
- Lead program reviews at the Division lever, and contribute to preparing reviews carried out at the Business Group level
- Manage and measure each program's performance and results: identify deficiencies, develop and implement action plans
- Represent all Programs with customers, suppliers and Faurecia entities
- Ensure the transfer of know-how between programs and other CBU or Divisions/regions of the Business Group
- Actively support the evolution of the PMS, and guarantee its implementation throughout the perimeter
- Provide operational support for Programs within the perimeter whenever necessary
- Act as a coach for all Program Managers
- Co-ordinate and ensure program related reporting to the Group and the Business Group
- Ensure and plan Core Program team staffing after award with the functions responsible, appoint new Program Managers with HR organization
- Manage the Program Managers within the division / Platform
- Support program acquisition activities
- Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs' performance and deploy the Lesson Learned
- Anticipate risks and opportunities as well as ensure risk management and alert process
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
- Minimum 9 years of work experience with at least 6 years of successfully managing one or several programs
- Experience in Team management in Matrix organization
- Experience with customer organization
- Experience in an industrial environment and/or product experience
- Good knowledge of a Program Management System (i.e. standards, tools, methods, etc..)
- Strong financial knowledge (including building and following a Business Plan)
- Fluent English required
- Ability to establish, develop, lead and coach a team
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Results orientation
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strategic, analytic and problem solving capabilities
- Entrepreneurship mindset
