The missions

• Define and Develop future footprint strategy in coordination with group, regions/divisions, CPO, P-Line
• Manage specific projects to improve FCM performance in footprint management and to gain efficiency
• Measure Footprint with KPI such as Sales/m², number of plants, IVA/m², in coordination with Controlling
• Ensure the regular update of footprint documentation and work with footprint tools, such as JMAP, RIMS, IPORTA, in Coordination of Footprint changes between regions, GFD and Treasury
• Ensure compliance of Footprint developed in regions according to FCM Strategy
• Ensure the compliance of Footprint development with FCM regulations and standards (e.g. Whitebook)
• Assistance in the footprint review meetings (monthly)
• Support the footprint review preparation
• Support Standardization strategy in terms of definitions linked to footprint (e.g. Techno-JIT-Relation) such as Workshops and Touchdowns

Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or in business administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment or product development
• Knowledge of industrial processes
• Finance skills (master business plan calculation)
• Project management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external)
• English fluent
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation
