Your Role and Responsabilities
You will lead Global Packaging programs for the Nutritionals (Berocca, Sudradyn, Redoxon, Elevit) & Digestive Health (Rennie, Iberogast) categories.
You will excel in holistic packaging and deliver:
- Consumer experiences that are ownable, intuitive, and engaging
- Business solutions that are efficient and effective
- Packaging that is safe and compliant
To that end, you will:
- Develop, propose and drive execution of packaging innovation roadmaps. Identify and develop new packaging and technology programs to achieve significant IP position.
- Assume end-to-end (idea to 6months post launch) remit for pipeline projects:
- Ensure holistic approach and understanding of project & consumer needs
- Define & qualify best suited Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging options
- Deliver to project success factors
- Protect innovation and defend vs competition with meaningful IP
- Perform effective technical transfer to the factory upon stable production
- Maintain awareness of ‘new-to-world’ packaging material, process, and functional innovations
- Provide packaging subject matter expertise to the rest of the organization.

- Be based in the Global Innovation Development Center, with newly expanded in-house labs and pilot area, allowing for testing and packing at representative scale.
Profile
- Education: Packaging Engineering (or related field) Bachelors Degree (or equivalent.) with min. 8 years experience, Master s Degree (or equivalent.) with min. 4 years experience.
- Experience: A proven track record in managing 'holistic' packaging development, including the creation, development and delivery of ownable structural and functional consumer impactful packaging innovations, resulting in notable commercial impact. Consumer healthcare experience preferred.
- Competencies: Dealing with ambiguity, Business Acumen, Innovation management, Organizational agility, Problem solving, Drive for results
- Skills: Communication skills, Consumer empathy, Project planning, Packaging manufacturing principles
- Languages: English a must. French a plus.
