Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the digital portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular assessments and implement governance frameworks.
• Utilize Data Analytics and Machine Learning (ML) to evaluate portfolio performance and anticipate market shifts.
• Facilitate periodic reviews to adapt to market conditions using Business Intelligence tools

Capability Management:

• Identify and manage shared functionalities across solutions.
• Develop frameworks for capability integration and scalability, supported by a comprehensive AI/Data Strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align teams on shared goals

Interdependency Management:

• Map and leverage technical and strategic links between digital assets.
• Establish processes to resolve conflicts and coordinate timelines, incorporating Cognitive Automation for efficiency.
• Communicate updates to ensure stakeholder alignment

Continuous Portfolio Evaluation:

• Implement evaluation frameworks to assess portfolio performance.
• Utilize advanced Data Analytics and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to engage stakeholders and gather insights.
• Develop scenario planning models to anticipate market shifts

Stakeholder Alignment:

• Ensure alignment among solution management teams.
• Resolve conflicting interdependencies and promote transparenc

Profile

• Proven experience in digital portfolio management and interdependency resolution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and governance framework implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills and market knowledge in the insurance/assistance sector.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, German) are a plus.
• Experience in agile software lifecycle management.
