Missions

• Develop design elements of the product (CAO models, 2D and 3D, tolerance levels) and the appropriate documentation
• Ensure the design conformity in accordance to customer specifications and Program objectives (quality, product performance)
• Control the product feasibility thanks to the design
• Ensure the use of simulation tools and integrate results to the design
• Participate to the FMEA product (Failure mode and effects analysis) to identify special characteristics and to integrate results to the design
• Control the technical CAO documentation (2D and 3D datas) and modify them in accordance to the existing procedures
• Ensure the definition and implementation of product and processes' poka yoke features defined by PTE and or PML.
• Lead the product validations (DVPhase2, DVPhase3 & PVPhase3) for his perimeter on program. Define, plan(with Testing/logistic Dpt), and follow the product validations (CAE and physical tests). Define the product improvements to meet the specifications in line with validation convergence.
• Define BOP specifications and ensure robustness of BOP development. For BOP and Internal tools, define the tool requirements related to KPC.
• Support Make or Buy. Review consistency between BOP specifications and suppliers commitments. Formalize Purchase Requests for BOP tools kick off and modifications. Support the ASQ in the supplier follow up for product design related issues.
• Lead system or sub-assembly geometrical conformity assessment according to the valid version of the ""Geometry Convergence Process"" procedure (including checking fixture design validation managed by quality and get the measurements through geometry centre).
• Support the Program Development Leader to reach the quality, costs and timing targets of the program. Propose and implement improvements actions. Define adequate timing for his perimeter

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering
• first experience in Design & Development in Automotive interior
• Trained in Program Management System
• English required;
• Good knowledge in CATIA V5 ....
• Team player with strong communication skills
• International mind set
