Tasks

• Managing internal communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality services to clients
• Obtaining competitive analysis and client input on our offering to drive local German product development initiatives
• Ensuring the newly developed products for DEC match the requirements in the German market
• Provide updates on regulatory evolution and market developments
• Supporting Sales through the process of pitching new clients and completion of RFPs when relevant
• Managing the client onboarding pipeline and ensuring timely and successful client onboarding
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through solution-oriented actions and communication
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with the key DEC Clients

Profile

• Masters or Bachelor´s degree or a completed apprenticeship
• At least 7 years substantial experience in Listed-/ OTC-Derivatives Clearing services
• An in-depth understanding/ knowledge of the front-to-back process regarding Listed-/OTCDerivatives including execution-/ clearing systems
• Long-standing relationship with large institutional clients in Germany & Austria and ability to operate credibility in front of clients
• Strong team player with excellent social skills to manage multiple internal stake holders
  
• Ability to deal with details and keep the overview
• Full professional fluency in English and German
