Key responsibilities - What we expect from you

  • You will act as the link between the customer and the internal technical department for technical coordination and identification of spare parts.
  • You will process spare parts orders of components for technical machines for national and international customers, as well as repair orders.
  • You will be responsible for spare parts pricing within the framework of company policy and support the further development of the existing pricing method.
  • You will prepare and follow up on all necessary import and export documentation.
  • You will prepare and generate budget quotations according to customer requests, and follow up on quotations while maintaining good communication with customers.
  • You will serve as the central interface and contact point for customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and other service providers.
  • You will process logistics and transportation orders.
  • You will ensure on-time procurement in close exchange with local suppliers and the headquarters.
  • You will support the optimisation and further development of the current spare parts inventory at the site in cooperation with the headquarters.
  • You will maintain close contact and exchange with the business units and subsidiaries in Europe and worldwide.
