Customer Service Internship France (m/f), Wiesbaden

Our ambitious team consists of over 45 international employees and we serve 10+ European markets. You will be part of a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams in our brand new office located in a historical building next to a nice park in Frankfurt/Wiesbaden, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve customer satisfaction
• Analyse data showing the level of customer service provided by the company
• Provide customer service through website chat, email, phone calls and social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp)
• Manage and track orders for influencers and customers

Your Qualifications

• Study towards a BS degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other business-related studies.
• Ideally have one experience in Customer Service.
• Social Media savvy
• Proficient PC skills (MS package)
• Native speaker level in French and fluent in English
