Customer Care Representative (m/w) for France, Berlin

YOUR OBJECTIVES

As a member of our Customer management team, you will help pave the way for successful communication with our French customers and assume responsibility for activities from these areas:
Customer service / Technical Consultation / After Sales Service

• Process various queries from our French customers per email and over the telephone
• Create quotations for product queries and take care of the customer master data
• Ensure customer satisfaction by independently developing solutions and deriving corresponding measures
• Additionally administer valuation management of diverse French internet platforms

YOUR PROFILE

• You preferably have a few years of customer service experience
• You strive to further develop the French market with us in the long run
• You have strong communication skills and keep a clear head in stressful situations
• You speak fluent-level French or French is your mother-tongue
• Your German is good and is sufficient for our internal communication
• Further language skills are an advantage but not essential
• You are characterised by a developed team spirit, motivation and open-mindedness
• A good understanding for our technical product portfolio is an advantage
