Customer Advisor (m/f) Lighting Systems for Norway, Fulda Area

Your Tasks

• Competent point of contact for the company’s customers in Norway
• Advising customers via telephone or email regarding products, services, quotes, orders and complaints
• Translating German texts into Norwegian if required

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or similar qualification
• First professional experience in customer service, strong customer and service focus
• Excellent IT (word, excel, outlook) and internet skills
• Positive attitude, Team player
• Norwegian fluent, and a good level of German (B1-B2) and English
• Very articulate orally and in writing
• Soft skills: communicative, sociable, solution-oriented
