Your challenge

• Creation of estimates and calculations
• Value Engineering
• Tendering, pre-contractual and post-contractual services
• Benchmarking

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying and/or in a similar field
• At least 7 years work experience with a turnkey contractor
• Experience with turnkey projects (focus on healthcare facilities)
• Knowledge of common turnkey contract formats and contract management skills
• Language skills: English (fit for negotiations), others (French, Portuguese, Spanish) are beneficial
• MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, RIB ITWO, Power BI
• Open for BIM environment (5D)
• Soft skills: target oriented, team player
