Tasks

• Implement and sustain Lean Six Sigma, SQCDP boards, 5S, visual management, and process control tools
• Train, coach, and support employees in continuous improvement methodologies
• Lead and execute PS projects, collaborating across teams
• Promote a culture where continuous improvement becomes second nature
• Support management in developing expertise in Lean Thinking
• Maintain CI documentation, track DMAIC savings, and report progress
• Ensure alignment with Kuehne+Nagel Excellence standards
• Identify solutions that add value to customer operations

Profile

• Master’s degree in logistics/business economics or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in an operational role within the supply chain environment
• Proven practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, project management, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and coaching skills across all organizational levels
• High motivation with the ability to inspire and engage teams
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English
