Missions

• Lead the Consolidation & Holding Accounting team
• Responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and annual closing and consolidation process under IFRS
• Prepare the statutory reporting (annual report, NSTs) for the French legal entities
• Generate the MVBS, QRTs, SFCR/RSR for both sub-group and solo entities
• Financial reporting to AZ Group, regulatory bodies and for local purposes
• Contribute to the further development of the Allianz Partners Global Accounting function
• Closely integrate the offshoring unit in India into the processes of the Consolidation & Holding Accounting team
• Project work and contribution to the finance systems enhancements
• Training and development of the Consolidation & Holding Accounting team
• Single point of contact for both internal and external auditors

Profile

• University graduate with a degree in Finance/Commerce, ideally with a post degree qualification in Accounting
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Solvency II regulations
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting in an international environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams
• Strong project management capabilities
• Good knowledge of SAP
• High integrity standards with a solution orientated mind-set
• Strong analytical, process management, structural thinking and implementation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural setting of a matrix organization
• Fluency in English and French
