Chief of Staff to the CEO - M&A / PMI - Cloud Services - English / French / German (m/f/d), Rhine-Main Region

You're looking for a role where you help shape dynamic growth working directly alongside senior management? Our client is an established provider of digital services for business customers, with many years of experience in cloud and IT services. The company is in an intense growth phase and is strengthening its market position through targeted acquisitions.
You will support the CEO on all transactions and lead the integration of the acquired companies, as:

What we count on you for - Your mission

As the CEO's right hand, you connect senior management, the leadership team, shareholders and external partners, working in close coordination with the CFO.

• You will relieve the CEO on all strategic and operational matters and prepare topics so that decisions can be made quickly
• You will be involved in every acquisition from the start and own the onboarding of the new companies as a cross-functional project
• You will coordinate the individual integration sub-projects, keep track of milestones and risks, and bring the departments involved to the table
• In your first year, your focus will be on standardizing financial processes and merging the systems and workflows of the acquired companies
• You will provide management with sound analyses, presentations and decision-making documents
• You will set up and further develop clear management and reporting routines for the executive team
• You will travel regularly to sites in Germany and neighboring countries (approx. 20 to 40% travel)

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

• Your background: You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, e.g. in Transaction Services or in comparable positions. You have already supported post-acquisition integration projects, from carve-outs through the merging of systems and organizations to synergy tracking. Experience in an IT company, ideally in the cloud sector, is a big plus.
• Your languages: You have a strong command of English, French and German at business and negotiation level.
• Your IT skills: You're passionate about technology, understand how digital business models work, and ideally already speak the language of cloud and IT services.
• Your style & personality: You are ambitious and high-performing, and keep the big picture in view even when many topics run in parallel. You think analytically, bring order to complex matters and summarize the essentials with a solution-oriented mindset.
