Missions
- Business analysis and design expertise, based upon domain knowledge within ABS
- Understand business change needs in relation to ABS and assessing the impact of those changes
- Implementing strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements
- Prioritize requirements (defined at local / regional level, with an impact on target platforms) to create process maps, models and prototypes
- Undertake business process modeling, requirements traceability and quality management
- Apply best practice for effective communication and problem solving (at all levels of the organization)
- Elicit and organize requirements in a way which is meaningful and easily understood by OE and Allianz Technology
- Translate and simplify technical specifications (as required)
- Communicate effectively between OE stakeholders and Allianz Technology in respect of the delivery of requirements
- Support the technical and business delivery of the required changes
- Implement changes as necessary under the direction of the ABS Delivery Manager and ABS Country Manager
- Manage a Domain team
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business needs gathering and documenting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information system management
- People Management experience
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
- Previous experience in international settings and/or cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
- Ability to understand and work within a complex multi-national organization in fluent written and verbal English
- Possibility & willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
- Collaborative team player
- Values diversity and works well in a multi-cultural environment
