Missions

Missions

  • Support the client onboarding process, especially in terms of account opening and the implementation of static data into reporting systems
  • Need to adapt contracts and other internal and external paper based documentation, support of internal handling of theses docs including taking care for signatories checks and storage of these files within internal documentation management system
  • Take care for proper monitoring of outstanding docs and follow ups, including sending out claims and reminders, if needed
  • Support creation or amendment of account and/ or client referential data in related internal bank owned systems based on given analysis or other input
  • Prepare documents for internal and external audits and apply control checks on internal processes together with team members

Profile

  • University degree in business economics or good education apprenticeship bank clerk
  • Relevant years of experience in financial markets
  • Solid experience of financial industry and good knowledge of the German fund market, ideally with some securities lending knowledge
  • Ability to plan and coordinate actions, activities or resources, monitor progress and offer corrective actions when needed
  • Ability to identify clients’ needs and provide them with an appropriate solution, offering a seamless customer experience
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Business fluent in English and German; spoken & written
