Applications Engineer / Sales Engineer, Grenoble / Stuttgart

Elle exerce ces activités pour diverses industries, notamment celles de l'automobile, de l'aérospatiale, de la fabrication, du multimédia et des soins médicaux.

Here are the main tasks related to the position

• Support the Sales Department by performing technical demos for lead clients and by supporting the sales force by performing benchmarks;
• Identify the client's needs and provide him with the solution that best fits his needs in order to make progress towards the processes of purchasing, integrating and using laser scanning technologies.
• Act as the reference person when it comes to the use and knowledge all our line-up of products.
• Work in close relationship with our clients, distributors, subsidiaries and HQ for various training and integration activities and project execution with regards to the use of the Creaform's products line-up.
• As required, adapt or develop new methodologies and/or specific solutions in order to solve issues that clients encountered when using the technologies.
• Realize service projects for clients of various industries.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field/work experience)
• Travel will be required on a frequent basis all across EMEA territory. 
• Customer facing skills (communication skills)
• Bilingual German - English is mandatory. Be able to communicate in French is a strong asset
